2 types of execution of such pictures are applied:

• Interproksimalny (prikusny)

This method is used for diagnosing of diseases of the teeth tied with crowns and their variations.

• Periapikalny (root)

This type of diagnostics allows to analyze changes in area of fangs effectively. It is often applied to monitoring quality of treatment.

Safety of such method of diagnostics

The aim picture of tooth in dental clinics is carried out by means of a radioviziograf (the specialized device X-ray). This type of the equipment is almost harmless to a human body. When carrying out a picture it allocates extremely low dose of radiation which is not doing any harm. Technical features of such device allow not to disseminate the power of a beam, and to direct only precisely to a surface of the studied tooth.

For increase of protection of the patient when carrying out a picture lead slips and aprons which allow to increase protection of other bodies are used. Thanks to the fact that the impulse of a beam is directed very accurately to the studied surface the picture of excellent quality turns out. Radioviziograf are equipped also with the additional digital systems allowing to reduce significantly a radiation dose.
