Description

The industrial hi-tech line is intended for processing

strongly polluted PET-bottles in flakes with very high degree of purity. Line

it is developed by the Stankopolimer company especially for work in the Russian

conditions (strong extent of pollution of PET-bottles, inaccurate sorting,

use of rubber glue when gluing labels, etc.)

Basic principles of a design and work of the line

• The industrial line is capable to work 24 hours a day with minimum

operational costs;

• Allows to wash very strongly polluted material to very high

qualities of the final product;

Structure of the line of processing of PET-bottles

1. The table is finishing

On a table finishing bales with raw materials move. Further service personnel

removes a binding from bales, and direct raw materials to an inclined surface of a table, with

which it falls on a proseivatel.

2. Proseivatel

Serves for automatic removal of small foreign particulates (stones,

sand)

3. Sorting conveyor

When passing along the sorting conveyor from raw materials manually

foreign particulates are removed. The conveyor is equipped with a magnetic separator for

offices of metal inclusions.

Serves for giving of raw materials in a zone of loading of a grinder, with an opportunity

adjustments of volume of the loaded raw materials. The electric circuit of the conveyor assumes

opportunity, both continuous work, and work with breaks of established

durations. The conveyor is mounted on wheels with a brake.

Serves for crushing of PET of bottles. When using water in process

crushing noise and speed of a zatupleniye of knives decreases. Besides, the raw materials pass

some kind of primary washing, there is a partial office of dirt, labels and

etc. from PET. The rinsing process following right after crushing washes away all dirt,

separated when crushing. Thus, large number of pollution

it is brought out of system right after crushing. It simplifies further process and

significantly reduces wear of the equipment. The design of a rotor interferes

to excessive heating of a crusher also allows it in a complex with water cooling

bearings to work 24 hours a day. The design of a crusher provides easy

access to the filtering grid and knives of a rotor by forces of one person. For opening

heavy cover the system of rise/lowering is provided.

The centrifuge mechanically deletes the polluting impurity from raw materials with the help

the high-speed rotor supplied with special shovels. Besides

there is an additional separation of dirt from flakes because of their friction about shovels,

rotor and the friend about the friend. Drying of flakes happens due to centrifuge effect.

The external frame is made of carbonaceous steel while all internal parts

- from stainless steel. The rotor and shovels are made of special steel by the person

trainings.

Flakes from the centrifuge by means of pneumotransport get to a separator

labels where there is a separation of easy fraction from PET of flakes. The separated paper

and other impurity get to a separate cyclone the store specially allotted

for this purpose. PET flakes get to a flotation bathtub. Degree of office it is possible

to regulate by means of increase/reduction of a stream of air in a separator.

The frame is made of carbonaceous steel, the special structure is applied on a bathtub with

content of zinc powder, for protection against corrosion.

Polymeric material is entered into a bathtub by means of specialized

the loading screw which disperses the arriving flakes and with a high speed

sprays them under a water surface. It is one of very important constructional

features which provides very high extent of separation of polymers.

The principle of injection also significantly facilitates separation so-called

"crumpled" flakes which turn out as a result of crushing by blunt knives. PET -

flakes fall by a bottom and are transported by the horizontal screw by the end of a bathtub.

There they are picked up by other shnekovy conveyor conducting in the jet washer.

Shredded traffic jams, rings, polyethylene and polypropylene labels and other

the fraction with a specific density has less than unit, emerge and are carried away by water flow

in the special draining section. Water leaves also this section, further easy fractions

are withdrawn by the exhaust screw and get to the separate tank specially allotted

for this purpose.

Water is warmed up at the expense of the electric heaters (TENOV) installed in

to external barrel of a sink. Getting to water, the raw materials begins to fall to a sink bottom,

the voroshitel mixes raw materials with water, and also separates it from alien

inclusions. The raw materials, are unloaded via the unloading screw. Easy fraction (oils, fats,

the label, etc.) separated in the course of a sink accumulates on a water surface and

it is brought out of a sink through a modulation pipe.

Polymeric material is entered into a sink by means of the loading screw. For

successful otmyvka of polymeric materials the sink uses temperature and friction.

The design of the jet washer allows to achieve two objectives at the same time:

to create necessary degree of friction and to heat water to the necessary temperature.

The high-speed rotor separates sticky dirt, glue, paper, etc. impurity

by means of friction. Flakes are in process of friction in the car during

several minutes. At the same time a certain coefficient of friction is supported. In

process time water heats up and reaches temperature of 80-95 degrees that

allows to separate any pollution successfully. In process of material advance

via the machine, pollution are washed and leave together with water.

Amount of water, its temperature, friction coefficient, quantity of arriving

material, its time spent in the car, etc. parameters can be

are changed. This technology allows to achieve magnificent degree of purity of final

product on the one hand and to minimize eksplutatsionny expenses with another.

The car also possesses the exhaust screw for transportation of flakes in

following car.

12. Floatation separator of a label and stopper No. 2

The dirt separated during the first stage of a sink and also the remains of chemical

detergents (if they were used at the previous stage) finally

the floatation sink No. 1 described in point 8.

13. Centrifuge No. 3

Makes final drying of flakes with use of centrifuge

effect. On a design and the principle of work the car is completely identical with

the centrifuge No. 1 described in point 6.

14. Air separator of labels No. 2

At this stage the remained easy fractions finally separate from PET -

flakes. It is completely identical to the system described in point 7.

15. Cyclone store

Water purification bathtub

Allows to create the closed system of water supply. Purifies water from

the weighed substances and other, insoluble impurity in water. The vibrosieve separates

firm particles up to 33 micrometers in size, smaller particles separate in a bathtub -

flotator with compartments of the cleaning and filtering substances. Sewage treatment

by flotator it can be carried out with use of various chemical reagents.
