Main characteristics:

1. The stored oil product with a specific weight up to 1 hardware/m3 (10 kN/m3).
2. Temperature of the stored product: from – ^400C to + ^900C.
3. Admissible excessive pressure of 0,04 MPas (0,4 kg/cm2) for the flat bottoms.
4. Seismicity no more than 7 points.

Note:

1. The feedwell and the bottom of tanks 25 of m3 are made of sheet Vst3 steel kp2-1 4 mm thick.
2. Steel marking: St – an index of this group of steel, In – group staly by delivery of which are guaranteed mechanical properties and a chemical composition, – number of brand became 3, kp – boiling, raskislennost degree.
3. Rings of rigidity of the tank 25 of m3 are executed from angular staly 125x80, 110x70, 75x50.
4. In a design of the standard tank from 25 m3 – a mouth d-800 mm with a cover d-900 mm.
5. Frames stropovochny are provided in a design of the standard tank. For installation of the tank support are provided in design situation and fastenings to the base.
6. The tank is supplied with a vodogryazespuskny stopper for descent of a sediment of water and full cleaning of the tank.
7. Installation of pipe insert (line of filling, line of delivery, line of a deeration, line of desludging) soglaseno to the specification of the customer.
8. Installation of processing equipment (the respiratory SMDK-50 valve, the OP-50 fire prevention device, the valve the return KP-50, the valve gate-type float-operated OK-80, lyukh zamerny LZ-150) according to the specification of the customer.
9. Production of horizontal and vertical capacities by the customer's sizes is possible.
