Service of rejection textile sling

According to their all requirements, before use of load-lifting slings it is necessary to make their careful survey for work on lifting and moving freights. Survey is carried out by slingers or other responsible persons.

At continuous operation, rejection the sling is usually carried out regularly, results of survey are registered. The technical personnel bearing maintenance responsibility of load-lifting mechanisms in working order including the workers who are responsible for correct operation of cranes each 10 days have to perform inspection and load-lifting slings. When the sling is used seldom and rejection of slings is not made systematically, inspection is performed just before its operation (that is delivery to slingers for work).

The main attention at survey of textile load-lifting slings is paid to a state and integrity of a tape, hooks, captures, suspension brackets and places of their fastenings. If inspection is performed and rejection of rope slings is recommended to pay the main attention to a condition of cables, places of a zapletka of a cable or places of compression of cables the plug, hooks and suspension brackets. When carrying out survey of chain slings it is necessary to check a fortune of all of the elements making it: chains, hooks, connecting links, etc.

Rejection textile a sling is obligatory in the following cases:

1. At absence on a sling of a label or not readability of information about him.
2. In the presence on the bearing tapes of a textile sling of knots
3. At cross cuts or gaps on a tape of a textile sling
4. In that case if on a tape of a textile sling there are longitudinal gaps or cuts with a total length more than 10% from all its length, and also in the presence of single cuts or gaps more than 50 mm long.
5. In the presence of local stratifications of a tape of a textile sling (except places of seal of edges of a tape) on length, on the sum of more than 0,5 m on one of extreme or on two and more internal seams. (in case of a rupture of three and more lines of a seam).
6. If there are local stratifications of tapes of a textile sling at the place of seal of edges of a tape at length more 0,2m. on one of extreme seams or on two and more internal seams (in case of a rupture of three and more lines of a seam).
7. In case of peeling of edge of a tape or a stitching of tapes at a loop at the length more than 10% from length of seal of the ends of a tape.
8. In the presence of superficial breaks of the threads of a tape which are formed by friction of a sling about keen edges of freight which length exceeds 10% of the total length of a tape.
9. In case the tape is damaged by influence of chemicals (acids, alkalis, oil products) at the total value of such damages more than 10% of length or width of a textile sling or in case of single damages more than 10% of width of a sling and more than 50 mm. length.
10. At an exit of threads from a tape of a textile sling on distance of more than 10% of width of a tape and in the presence of through openings from sharp objects which diameter exceeds 10% of tape width.
11. In the presence of the burned openings from splashes of the heated metal which diameter makes more than 10% of tape width, and also in the presence of more than three through openings at distance between them less than 10% of tape width (irrespective of their diameter).
12. If the tape is polluted more than for 50% by oil products, pitches, paints, cement or soil.
13. At stratification of threads on tapes of a textile sling.

On constructional elements of a textile sling (a bracket, loops, suspension brackets, links, etc.) are inadmissible:

1. Cracks of any sizes.
2. Wear of a surface or dent, leading to reduction of cross-sectional area of an element by 10% and more.
3. The deformations of an element leading to change of its initial size more than for 3%.
4. Damages of fastenings and threaded connections.
